Cereal Box Packaging
I designed the packaging for a fictional cereal brand called "Sugar Coated Corn Krak!" by "KillLots". This work serves as a satirical commentary on American consumer culture, highlighting the prevalence of highly sugary, unhealthy cereals that are aggressively marketed to children and families. The bold, colorful packaging mimics the vibrant and enticing designs typical of real cereal boxes, drawing attention to the juxtaposition between the product's unhealthy nature and its appealing marketing. Additionally, I deliberately included a nutritional label that did not add up to the information on the box, emphasizing that it was merely for show. Through "Sugar Coated Corn Krak!", I aimed to provoke thought and discussion about the ethics and impact of marketing unhealthy foods to young audiences.
